1. General provisions

This Policy describes how SBF Company SRL collects, uses, stores and protects the personal data of users of the lp.sbfconsult.com platform. We follow GDPR principles. By using the platform and creating an account you agree to the terms of this Policy.

2. What data we collect

Account data: email address, password (stored only as an irreversible hash — we never see the password itself), your name if you provided it, confirmation that you are of age, and a record of the consents you gave.

Survey answers: if you complete the sign-up survey — your experience level, learning goals and instrument preferences. These answers are used only to tailor the platform to you.

Usage data: the instruments and timeframes you select, chart settings, entries in your trading journal, your time zone, and your progress through the course.

Technical data: IP address and browser details recorded by the server in its logs, plus a session identifier stored in a cookie. If you arrived through an advertising link, we keep the campaign tags that identify the source.

3. Why we collect it

So that signing in works and your data persists across devices.
To provide access to the course materials and the other account features.
To understand which source users came from and measure advertising effectiveness.
To protect the platform from abuse — for example by limiting how often accounts can be created from one address.

4. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your data. It may be shared only with the service providers the platform cannot run without: hosting, email delivery, and Telegram when you use Telegram sign-in or the Telegram app. Each receives only the minimum needed for its function.

5. Cookies

We use cookies to keep your sign-in session — without them you cannot stay logged in. Some interface settings are kept in your browser's local storage and never reach our servers.

6. Retention

Account data is kept for as long as the account exists. After you delete your account the data is marked deleted and removed from active systems; backups roll over on their own cycle. Server logs are kept for a limited period and then overwritten.

7. Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, withdraw consent to marketing messages, and object to processing. Write to us at the address below. We respond within the period set by applicable law.
